our work

We improve the qualify of life for our region's children and families by uniting effective partners, wise investments, and committed volunteers to strategically tackle the most critical issues and create measurable differences in our neighborhoods.

Drawing on our unique capabilities as a leader, catalyst, convener, fund raiser, and volunteer organization, we rally the community to ensure that families and neighborhoods in the 87 cities and towns across our footprint have the tools needed for every child to become an independent, productive adult.

DID YOU KNOW?
Students who spend no time in extracurricular activities are 49 percent more likely to have used drugs and 37 percent more likely to have become teen parents than those who spend one to four hours per week in extracurricular activities.
